Participation costs and information

Taking part in EMO MILANO 2027 means being among the protagonists of the reference event for the world of metal processing that attracts thousands of visitors from all over the world. Available online the application form to exhibit.

The Basic Rent, including services and supplies, is € 399.00/sq.m.

“Early bird” fee for registrations by January 15, 2027: € 375/sq.m + VAT.
(minimum area 20 sq.m.)

Increase for open sides

The participation fee is increased by:

Stands from 20 to 50 sq.m.:

  • 20% for 2 open sides
  • 30% for 3 open sides
  • 50% for 4 open sides

For stands larger than 50 sq.m.:

  • the above increase will be applied to the first 50 sq.m.
  • between 51 and 100 sq.m. half of the above increase applies (10% for 2 open sides, 15% for 3 open sides, 25% for 4 open sides).
  • a 10% charge will be applied for the area over 100 sq.m.

The minimum exhibition area is 20 sqm.

The base rate per sqm is determined automatically according to the current date. Free-side surcharges are added progressively on the 0-50, 51-100 and over-100 sqm tiers.

Services and supplies included in the Basic Rent

  • 1. *Handling of exhibits from the railway car or truck to the stand (including the installation and repositioning of the machines at the points indicated by the Exhibitor on the stand layout) and their removal at the end of the Exhibition from the stand to the means of transportation; express and airway delivery of parcels as well.
  • 2. *Use of crane for machine assembly and disassembly.
  • 3. Services of the shipping agent at goods arrival and departure.
  • 4. Custom formalities for temporary import of goods intended for the Exhibition.
  • 5. Rent for stand surface occupation.
  • 6. Electrical connections for lighting and power supply to the stand, including the main switch.
  • 7. ** Connection to the first 32 A/400 V 3 P+N+PE CEE socket and and related consumption.
  • 8. Compressed air and water consumption, where prearranged fixed systems are existing.
  • 9. Stand sign panels.
  • 10. Transport and storage of packing material.
  • 11. Transport and storage of materials for demonstration, machining and work tools.
  • 12. Removal of waste, shavings and filing.
  • 13. Promotional, advertising and communication material.
  • 14. Entrance and parking cards for Exhibitors depending on the size of the stand.
  • 15. No. 500 free invitation tickets for customers valued at € 0.50/each (+VAT as per Law if due).
  • 16. Registration in the Visitor's Guide, distributed free of charge at the reception.
  • 17. Registration in the Digital Platform online catalog and in the Exhibition APP available for IOS and Android.
  • * Provided that all the established delivery terms are respected.
  • ** Available for lighting and single-phase use: alternate, voltage 230 V, 50 cycles and ground wire protection. For power supply: alternate, three-phase, voltage 400 V, 50 cycles, star distribution system with neutral and ground wire protection. Motors with power superior to 15 kW, have to be started using a device that limits the breakaway starting current.
